The Florist recognised that some of their guests may be following the increasingly popular Veganuary, and so, a new plant-based ‘Vegan’ menu was created. 20 dishes were launched, including Moving Mountains burger sliders, sweetcorn fritters, Chiang Mai noodles, as well as feel-good smoothies.
